Progress Missouri executive director Sean Soendker Nicholson will lead a social media seminar at noon Monday, Feb. 24.
This event, sponsored by the United Media Guild, will take place in the 10th floor conference room at 1015 Locust Street in St. Louis.
Sean, a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri, earned a masters of arts in communication, culture and technology at Georgetown University in 2006. His program will focus on using Twitter in conjunction with Facebook and other social media platforms.
Nicholson will demonstrate how journalists can “build their brand” and how social activists can advance their causes through social media strategies.
